It boasts a prime location in the town, next to the "Arias Montano" park, making it easily accessible in a special setting. Furthermore, our space features a simple yet welcoming décor that makes you feel right at home. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, with thoughtful touches that invite you to relax while enjoying a delicious meal. For many years, the restaurant was run by the charismatic José Vicente, who was known for his love of cooking and his skill in preparing delicious dishes with fresh, seasonal ingredients. His most popular dishes included Iberian pork, local mushrooms, and fresh vegetables, among others. Currently, the restaurant is run by our manager and chef, José Manuel Brioso, who worked at the establishment for 25 years before becoming the current owner in 2021. After José Vicente's retirement, José Manuel decided to take over the business, along with his family, and continue the tradition, bringing his experience and passion for cooking, and updating the menu to attract new generations of customers without losing the essence and quality that characterized the restaurant. Thanks to his experience and dedication, José Manuel has managed to keep José Vicente's legacy alive in every dish we serve, while also modernizing and improving the restaurant to stay at the forefront of the competitive gastronomic world.
